Flexibility

  1. Be able to show some flexibility through wide split
  2. Be able to kick head height

Combination kicks

            Double Roundhouse, spinning roundhouse, hook kick then jumping side kick

Self Defence

  1. Step left, knife block and grab, kick body an d back of knee then punch
  2. Step right, cross block, turning elbow and back fist, step out and punch
  3. Step back, cross block, turning back fist and trip then punch
  4. Inner double block, knee, then jumping font kick
  5. 2*Made-up self defense

PoomSae

            Poomsae No.8 and No.7

Sparring

  1. Able to show spirit by kihapping
  2. Implement combination kicks into sparring.
  3. Near tournament sparring

Board breaking

  1. Spinning Hook kick

Additional

  1. Must wear transparent or white colour mouth guard and full protectors to attend Sparring session
  2. Basic Techniques and flexibility will be examined in the pre-grading
  3. Random Poomsae from previous will be examined in the pre-grading
  4. Able to count 1 to 10 in Korean
  5. Know the terminology for being referee
  6. Able to referee a sparring
  7. Must be lead warm up of class and have the ability to hep instructor teach all level
