  2. Know how to stand and move in fighting stance
  3. Know how to skip in & out in fighting stance, Know how to step in & out in fighting stance

Additional

  1. Must wear transparent or white colour mouth guard and full protectors to attend Sparring session
  2. Basic Techniques and flexibility will be examined in the pre-grading
  3. Know all three stance in Korean
  4. Greeting in Korean – how are you and thank you
