How to fit a mouth guard

1. Put a new mouth guard into 70 degree hot water (not boiled water) for 50 sec, this process will soften mouth guard.
2. Put soften mouth guard into mouth and gently bite it.
3. You can use your tongue and hand to suppress mouth guard to fit it for 30 sec and then put it into cold water.
4. If mouth guard is too long, you can use scissor to trim it from end of mouth guard.
5. You should wash it with water when finishing using it every time.
