Gym opens at 2 pm for warm up and the grading starts at 2:30 pm. There will be a special training with Master Oh from Auckland so be there!
Wednesday 10th July – we are starting at 6pm instead of 7pm. One hour training and then shared supper to farewell Willem and Claudia. Plz bring a plate of finger food. Thanks.
Anyone who is a colour belt can participate in this event. We are entering it as a club so please indicate your interest to the instructor. We will organise extra training days for competitors soon.

The TNZ Open is held each year in Auckland, New Zealand.
Players in both Poomsae and Kyorugi (sparring) travel from all over New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific to take part. In 2012 over 470 competitors from 6 nations took part. This was an increase on 2011, which saw over 400 competitors take part in 2 days of competition.
In 2013, the TNZ Open will be held in the North Shore Events Centre and will be a ONE DAY event.
