End of year Training and a shared afternoon tea
Date and Time : Saturday 8th December, 3-5pm
(3:00-4:00pm Training and some activities/competition, 4:00-5:00pm certificates, prize giving, demonstration and shared afternoon tea)
Place: Fairfield intermediate school gym (Just in case it rains, but we can use the field too.)
What to bring: A plate and your family

Training with Hamilton North mixed martial art club
This Wednesday 31st October, we are training with other club. It would be a good opportunity to learn from other martial arts.
Time: 6-7:30pm
Place: Crawshaw Primary is on Crawshaw Drive, Nawton
If you need a ride, please let the instructor know as we can organise a car pool from our gym.
Grading information
The grading date has been confirmed. Please make sure you pay all your training fees and union fee before your grading fee is paid.

Basic instructions and names
- Cha-ryot : attention
- Kyong-rae : bow
- Choon-bi : ready
- Si-jak : start
- Ku-mahn : stop
- Ki-hup : the name for Taekwondo shout or yell
- Poomsae : the name for Taekwondo forms or patterns
- Kyo-rou-gi :the name for Taekwondo sparring
- Do-jang : the place where you grain
- Do-bok : Taekwondo uniform
