We hope everyone is having a good summer break. Our starting date is Monday, 2 February. Please note that we have adjusted our training times.

We will be training on Mondays and Wednesdays – 5:00-6:00 pm for kids and 6:00-7:30 pm for teens and adults. 

Hope to see you all back at the gym in February.
